I have a Charmayne Barrel Racer (Cactus Brand) that the stirrups need replaced on.  They have the biothane in them and it has ripped out on both sides where I need the stirrups set and there are no shorter holes.

Any reccomendations on how to fix those?

Call the company. I know some that send their fenders in and others that have replacements sent and have a local saddle shop do it for them.
