I have one and have used it for going on 4 yrs. now as an RV.  Just started hauling horses again (okay hauled one twice).  Mine has held up very well.  In the past I have had 4-stars and Elite's.  I like the roomyness of the Lakota (big slide) and the lack of weight, in comparision.  Interior has held up well and it pulls great.

How is everyone liking them?

we have a LAKOTA and love it....

its our 2nd one to own...

the first one we had was a GRANDE, it was a 4h and had 17ft sw, with a 12ft super slide, and it was 9ft tall, it was a custom made trailer to haul tall jumping horses, anywho we loved it but was way to big at 43ft long and a pain to haul around....

so we traded it in on a 3h with either 11 or 13ft sw and a slide, cant remember...

I would say, for anyone haulin kiddos around, a slide is a must, when my kids get in there, it looks like toy r us threw up, not one sq ft of empty floor space lol

they haul great and interior is nice and not too heavy....

will see if I have any pictures to post....

we have taken our Lakota on camping trips as well....

we got some looks that's for sure when we pulled up to the rv parks lol....

we have the collapsible rear tack, so we hauled our golf cart camping with us...

I have a 3 horse Charger edition with an 11' sw and a slide. I have only had it since April but LOVE it! Lakota has been awesome to work with. The trailer is very roomy for people and horses.

I've had mine since 09. I love the way that my trailer pulls, how well the horses haul in it, etc. I've had some issues with the LQ part of it, but Lakota was mostly good to work with that stuff. Last fall I started to have an issue that should have been covered under warranty, however they claim it isn't and they won't help me with it. They told me it has nothing to do with their trailer and it is all on me, so "oh well". Up until this point I have had nothing but good to say about the trailer, but after this, I honestly don't know that I would purchase another. I don't like the way I was treated and how they didn't stand behind the warranty.....

Barrels1, I have the same one as you. A 3H Charger with an 11 ft. sw and a slide-out. And we got it around the same time too! What color is yours? Mine is black to match the truck. Anyway, I love it! The only thing I would do differently is not get the mangers. I don't know why I did that. I have a long horse and he's giving me a problem loading now.

We plan to take ours camping as well, not just horse shows. Why not?

Mine is white. I like white since I live where the dirt blows all the time and they are easier to keep clean. LOL! I also plan to use mine camping. We wanted to take it to the lake this summer but it just never worked out. I will do it though!
