I was told it can be given to geldings? True? My gelding is currently at the trainers...and he is having a rough time getting to settle down a bit. I'm looking for something that will take the edge off of him....and really honestly don't want to spend an arm and a leg for it. Prefer smart paks, because I already have a smart pak for him.

I have not used it but I know people who have used it on their geldings. I just use straight Raspberry leaf and I have used it for geldings.

I know people that feed it to geldings. The longer ya feed it the better it calms and works a system. I feed it to both of my personal horses every day.
Mare magic doesn't prevent heat - the only way to do that is with progesterones/hormones. It does ease alot of the side effects of heat cycles but doesn't work on all horses. It also takes time to really get into the system - I saw results about a month after feeding it to my mare.
