Anyone with experience with them? Is the underside a sticky material? Does it offer spinal clearance?

I will be in the office tomorrow and would be happy to answer any questions for you about the pad. The lining underneath is similar to a chamois so it helps prevent slippage, it also has the inserts that you can adjust for a more custom fit. I can also send you additional pictures 800-821-1303 ask for Ginny

Not sticky at all. It feels almost like a short velvet when clean, but mine's never clean, so it just feels like foam. :

The pad is quite thick with the inserts, and the split design offers lots of spinal clearance on my horses.
