Haven't been to the rodeo in decades. Wanting to layover for the weekend. Are there pens or stalls and hookups for contestants? I saw something about Livery stables but stalls are $30 and rv $40.

Yes they have stalls. You'd have to call them to find out pricing.
I'd be prepared to stay away from the arena, everyone I know always stays away from the arena, but I've never been so I can't say why

I only live two hours so I dont stay a whole lot, but if we do plan on going out after, we get stalls at the livery stables. They are always super friendly and the stalls are clean when we arrive. I have never gotten a hook up, just used my generator or got a hotel.
