hoofs_in_motion - 2014-12-30 9:15 AM it stinks...but I eat alot of those tuna packets for lunch. I love them.

I do too. Either I eat them out of the can, on sandwiches, or put it on a salad. There are probably more variations out there also.

First question would be, what do you like to eat....as in fruits, veggies, protein sources?  I pretty much stick to the same food, and often I do founder myself at times then I move to something else...

Breakfast
*eggs & multigrain gluten free toast
* I do a breakfast sandwich occasionally- egg, Turkey bacon, low fat Swiss cheese and gluten free bread
* gluten free oatmeal & almond milk...topped with organic peanut butter
* smoothie- 1 c fruit, 1 scoop Cellucor protein powder (whipped vanilla), 1 c almond milk ( got to watch SUGAR content on smoothies, why I don't include yogurt and just use frozen fruit I buy in bulk)
*protein pancake- 1 scoop Cellucor, 1/2 soft banana, 1 egg, 1/2-1c gluten free oats...mixed and fry. I usually top with Walden Farms Pancake syrup

Snacks
*carrots (only veggies I can stomach for long periods) and snap peas or cucumber
*almonds or cashews (watch portion size, these suckers add up the calories)
*rice cakes (mostly the chocolate ones lol)
*hard boiled eggs
*bananas & oranges I limit my fruit intake
*organic peanut butter on a spoon (on celery sometimes too)
*a protein based snack is always a great option!

Meals
*any protein source you prefer, in our house steak, fish, chicken, bison anything is free game. We use all natural seasonings and gluten free ones.
*rice (I love rice)
*green beans (I buy the frozen ones, easy to pull out and cook)
*sweet potatoes (I love frying them in coconut oil...cut them thin and yummy
*healthy fats, love coconut oil, use it for everything
*kale salads (while I'm not a huge salad fan I've found a kale based on even my husband loves)
*Walden Farms has great dressings and sauce blends that have zero calories and aren't aspartame based

Meal prep isn't as scary as some think......cook a few chicken breasts, cook some veggies and or throw it in a salad and you can have a couple meals ready.
