Location: Ky		I have a horse I've been trying to sell for a couple days, and so far I've had multiple inquiries. The only problem is that when people find out how much I'm asking, they flip out. Every single person has wanted a kid broke, bomb proof, level headed, automatic 2D horse for their kid that has no soundness issues, requires no maintenance. One with blood out the kahunas, that can run barrels, run poles, goat tie, rope and trail ride for UNDER $1000. Am I just crazy for thinking my horse is valued more than that, or are people really thinking they're going to get one for that??

There will always be the people looking for the deal.

There will always be the people dreaming they will find their perfect horse within their budget.

And there will always be the people who are cheap.

Best way to weed out those people is to list the price.

When I have gotten the "You're crazy for asking that price look." I respond with "What is your childs life worth?"   If I know that this horse is SAFE what is it worth to you too keep your kid safe?
