Has anyone on here dealt with her before?  Long story short, I bought a set from them and it literally fell apart not long after (crystals all fell off, silver studs off, ect).  I contacted her via facebook, she said ship it back, no problem and she would fix it up and ship it back.  This was in JULY.  I have been questioning her about it about once a month, getting every excuse in the book (she was sick, she was out of town, blah blah blah) so I finally asked her very  nicely to just send the set back as is, as she said it was almost finished.  She said that was no problem, then a week and half went by, still no tracking.  So when I questioned her if it was shipped, she said she couldnt find the address she was suppose to ship it to.  Gave it to her, she gave me tracking# that evening.  NOW its been another 5 days, and the USPS site keeps telling me the tracking # shows the shipping lable has been printed, but not picked up/dropped off at a PO.  I asked her about it tonight and she said thats "normal with their PO, and tracking sometimes doesn't show up until its in the state its going to".  Im calling major BS on this whole thing, but please, someone tell me Im wrong and Im getting my set back!?!?!

I love the look of her work but I'll never risk ordering from there as I've read a lot of bad stories on here. Hopefully you get your set back and it's repaired!

Wow, not sure why all of the extra lies needed to be added into your story, but truth be told, the set that you bought was used and built 5 years ago. Even though the set was missing crystals and the spots were rusty, I went ahead and replaced them free of charge. I know it took me a bit to get finished, but the set was disgusting, and appeared to have never been cleaned in the past 5 years. The tracking # that was provided should show up in the system soon as it was picked up yesterday as I said before.

I bought one halter. One cheek piece broke the first time I used it. The leather ripped in half where it attaches to the halter. After many weeks I got it fixed but she sent the wrong screws with it. I took it to another tack maker to get fixed. It hung in my house for months because my horse was lame. Got it out for the new horse and the other cheek piece is doing the same thing! Won't buy anymore from them. I had to hound to get my one piece fixed. Heritage brand is expensive but I hear their customer service is top notch. I have also recently got a dog collar from Deuces wild and she has answered every email promptly.

Edited to add: my first use consisted of a trip to the vet. When I got home the halter was dangling. Yes my horse could have hung it on something and yanked but seeing the other side do the same thing I don't think that was the issue

I bought my custom set from her about 4 - 5 years ago and it has held up perfect. I recently messaged her about replacing a concho on my wither strap (the only thing that has ever needed replaced) and she was quick to answer, i just got to send her a picture of it still. I've never had any problems at all and the quality of my set is amazing.

I have bought two tack sets and two halters from her, no issues! I even ordered a birthday present for someone. She shipped it directly to her. They are holding up even after a lot of use over a couple years! I love all my crown leather tack!

My piece is relatively new but it's fine and she dealt fairly with me and answered me promptly...I recommend Crown Leather. My headstall/breastcollar set was exquisitely crafted, I love it...
