Red Bull Agressive Posts: 5981 Location: North Dakota	I was just contacted by someone today stating that a guy tried to sell them my horse. They stole the picture off my ad and are using her registered name, saying she is theirs and making false claims that she's "a 2d horse that just has some gate issues" yadda yadda. The person found out because they googled her name and my ad popped up. They continued to text the guy and have screen shots of their conversation, him sending MY picture to them, etc. They're going to give me his phone # as well. Theft by deception. ^^^^ THIS..........and if the ad is posted on FB (Craig'slist/BHW/etc) or any public web sites, "report" the post as a "scam".

And if you can find any ad online where the person is advertising your horse get screen shoots or shoot pictures of it so that you have evidence.

Expert Posts: 2154 Location: USA	Yes. Go to the station and file a report. Just tell them you need to file a report and press charges. They will know what to do.
