I like Bodyrock videos! All free, all accessible via their website or youtube all the time. My favorite trainer on there is Lisa Marie who does high intensity interval training, but they have other trainers who teach yoga, weights, beginners classes, even pregnancy classes! If you are just starting out I would recommend Lisa Marie's HiitMax series. They are 15 minute videos but they are very intense. Start at day 1 and do 1 workout per day if you are a beginner... If you are more fit you could do the recommended videos for that day. She also has a "Real Time Challenge" that is 30 days of 45 minute workouts. After finishing that I had visible abs for the first time in my life. My core was so strong that I felt like a completely different rider... I don't think my horse knew what to do about that monkey up on top of her!

Been doing some of these with 10-20 pounds 2-3x a week. I can tell a big difference in balance and strength.

I joined a cross fit gym and love it.

This is a great advice! Joining gym and finding the right program to exercise is the way to go!

Personally, I am very passionate about getting lean body, shrinking core, and getting 6 pack abs.

The best way to get your six pack abs is to start taking advantage of the 'after burn effect' also known as EPOC. The idea is for your body to burn calories 24 x 7 not just when you are in gym. This is achievedthrough short 30 - 40 minute high-intensity workout sessions. If you never heard about the after burn effect just google it - such an insight!

On top of that you need to ensure that:

1) You have a proper workout plan (do lots of compound exercises as opposed to isolated ones)
2) Your diet is appropriate (exclude high calories and sugar)
3) You get enough sleep to recover

Having had an ugly belly for a while, I learnt these concepts only 7 months ago. Since then my body transformed completely. Here is my pics: http://romankorobitsin.com/fitness/six-pack-shortcuts/

The pics were taken a couple of months ago, since then my lower abs got much better.
