My family and I have had a pretty scary weekend.

First, my fiance and I were on our way out to dinner when my upper ball joint broke in half on my car so we were stuck for a few hours waiting for a friend to come with a trailer to tow it home.

Fiance spent all of yesterday working on my car at my BIL's shop and was leaving the shop with the car trailer when he got a green light and pulled out and got hit by a car that didnt stop at the light. Luckily, he made it out without a scratch but is extremely sore and off work for a few days. The other car had 2 people in it and the driver was fine but the passenger had to be lifeflighted out but I believe he should be ok.

Last but not least when I got the call from Caleb I was at my moms so we were rushing to get ready to meet him and she tripped and fell and hit her head and broke her wrist.

Everyone is ok but it was a pretty scary weekend. Hold your loved ones close, you never know when something may happen.

Well they say it comes in 3's right? You should be good for a while! Glad it all turned out relatively okay!

I just keep saying "it could have been worse" and it really could have been. Luckily I had the day off today so I get to stay home and take care of my love, who is very sore and tired today.

Sounds like it would have been a good weekend to stay your butt in bed. Yes, it could have been much worse. Dropping a ball joint at high speed could have killed a lot of people.

Since bad things usually come in threes, hopefully you got them all out of the way in one weekend!

It could have!! We were pulling out of the gas station when it happened so we were only going 20ish when it happened. Still scary. So thankful we weren't going faster.

I'm glad you're all okay...I know what it is like saying things could have been worse. Hopefully, like someone else said, you'll be through with it for a while because things come in threes.

I hope we are all done for awhile. It was a very stressful weekend. Thank you everyone.
