Does frozen semen for a stud after being frozen ten or more years get harder to deal with motility wise?

If you looked at any frozen sperm under a microscope, and compared it to fresh, you would wonder how it ever gets a mare pregnant. It always gets the job done though. The sperm should be fine in reality. What you have no assurance of, is how the semen was stored over that time. If it has been in your possession, and you know the tank didn't get low, then it's fine.

Properly frozen -- forever and ever and ever
However it does have to be properly stored. Moving from tank to tank can cause some degrading

We've used bull semen from the 60' & 70's....still same as stallion, needs to be properly stored and handled to last.....
