I was put completely under for the removal of my four at once. I highly recommend it! It was no big deal at all--some pain for a couple days after, but not bad at all--the pain meds made me sick so I just used a little ibuprofen. Mine were very tight and a couple grew in sideways too.

Had 1 out the day before my son was born ...no biggie. Had 3 oth r ed pulled this fall. They were through the gum 2 had broken off one was out the side of my jaw and had an infection. Compaired to the pain I was in before they came out it was nothing ...I was not knocked out. In had 2 shots of novacan and could feel most of the "slight pressure " they said would be quick. But no more pain no more pucking because my teeth hurt. No more awake all night.

I literally just had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out today. It wasn't as bad as all the horror stories I've heard. I was not put under, just numbed up. I think the entire procedure took about 45 minutes including the time it took to get the shots to numb my mouth and jaw.

I only has 2 done. I was NOT knocked out. For me, the whole thing was no big deal. No swelling, no pain. I took one pain pill because they told me to take one before the Novocain wore off. That is the only pain med I took.

I had all 4 removed while awake. They gave me Percocet and Valium before hand to take an hour before my appointment (had to have hubby drive me).
It wasn't that bad with just the Novocain, I think because I was pretty loopy on the pain meds.
