 He does not pee when I give it to him. I tried three hours out and four hours out and different dosage as recommend by my vet. What other products have you tried that WORKED? Thanks so much I am frustrated

I think you need to have a conversation with your vet, as a dose adjustment may be all is needed, or further investigation into kidney function.
