Location: In the land of peanuts and cotton | Where is the best place to look for bulletin board ideas? I'm usually good at coming up with them but I've been doing this for 6yrs and I'm out ideas because I won't use the same one twice. |

Location: TN | Pinterest! There's a lot of cute stuff on there and sometimes the pins can lead you to blogs that have even more ideas. |

Location: Never in one place long | I'd say Pinterest or just google it! If you get desperate, go stalk other schools lol! I'm so not creative but have seen the cutest things going into all different schools. :) |

Location: North of Tulsa, Oklahoma | Don't simply use bulletin boards for decorating. ..make them into walls that teach! Word walls, math walls, boards for centers, calendar, etc...

If it were up to her we wouldn't have any. She used to do them her self but she just turned 71 so she tells us to make them look good. We just do seasonal usally. Like we will do winter than swap to valentines day. We will either go to spring or put up another winter one or put up plain paper and let the kids decorate it. Then spring and since it's pre-k 4 we will put up there cap and gown pics. Usally will do 2-3 summer ones through out summer. Then 1st day of pre-k pics. Fall theme Halloween theme thanksgiving then Christmas.
I wish I had a picture of my board I did last summer. I did a under the sea theme. I did the big board and it's huge so I made all kinds of salt water fish. And used water color to make the white paper blue. I even used real shells and beach sand. Making the sand stay was a chore but with a lot of glue and and little hair spray it stuck just fine.

That made me laugh......If it is Pre-K, they will probably like anything that you would do.....just make it fun! You could do something for St. Patty's day coming up..... |

| Honestly...I get my best ideas from my kids.
I know they may be young, I teach middle school, but it never hurts to ask them what they want to see on the bulletin board.
You could even make it a treat and kids that are going above and beyond in class can help design the bulletin board. |
