And I am LOVING it!! Running has never been my thing, decided that it's just too effective of a workout to skip out on it any longer. Downloaded C25K Free app on my iPhone, today, for the first time, my legs weren't burning. I was SO proud of myself! I really enjoyed my workout and felt energized and ready to do more. C25K has me running three days out of 7. I really am enthusiastic about it! I try to walk a mile between days.

I also do 3-4 sets of 25 jumping jacks, 3-4 sets of squats (no weights, not yet, legs still too weak), and 3-4 sets of form conscious sit ups everyday.

I recommend to anyone!

I haven't seen anyone mention Crossfit yet? I started back in my box (local Crossfit gym) this week, Ive been everyday this week ao far, some morning and some evening sessions. I had to quit for 3 months due to a bad shoulder injury from softball and I gained a ton of weight because I was eating so much and not working out.

Cross fit has been the best work out for me, I was doing the same old things over and over at my gym and I needed something new. It's definently the most intense workouts I've ever done but it's so worth it! It's only an hour everyday and you can go twice a day. You get very sore the first couple of weeks then your body gets used to it all.

After work I hit cross fit then I've been riding, I'm excited to see the changes in my body in the next few months

I have been having a terrible time loosing the weight I wanted to lose even with exercising. That on top of some terrible health issues was making me really depressed. I decided to try a natural supplement to help with my stomach issues and it actually helped me lose over 10 pounds. So now I'm able to work out 3x a week without getting too fatigued to quit. Plus my terrible stomach issues are completely gone. Some people just need a little extra boost to help them achieve their goal. Wish all of you ladies the best of luck. Seems like it took me forever to find my right combination.

i hae been so good for 2 month  lost 3 inches each bust waist hips    next weekend good bye exercise and diet as i am at company function i am going to cheat

but right now i what a piece of pizza soooo bad

its hurting

Don't ever deny yourself, or else you'll end up on a binge. If you want a piece, have a piece. Go to a place where you can buy it by the slice, that way you can enjoy one or two slices without the temptation of scarfing down a whole pizza. Pizza in and of itself isn't bad, it's just overeating that is. As long as you eat a variety of nutritious foods, say about 80% of your daily diet, then that other 20% can be put towards treats that may be lacking in nutrients.

And if you don't do so well one, day, don't beat yourself up about it. Just get back on the horse and keep riding, so to speak.
