 As many of you are aware D&G Barrel Productions has now changed it name to D&D. Also wanted to remind you that today is the last day to get your entries postmarked to enter this show without a late fee. I want to also mention a couple of rule changes for the 2015 show season. The late fees have been changed to $15.00 per entry with a cap of $50 for the weekend. This was done to better assist the office staff at the show. In addition we have changed the vet or Dr release rules for 2015. You can now release from a race by just giving notice (for any reason ) to the show office prior to the first horse running in the race you are needing to draw out of. You no longer have to present a vet or Dr release. Just drop by the office or call myself or anyone in the show office prior to the first horse running each day and you will be entitled to a refund of your entry fees and stall fees (as long as you have not used the stall). The only thing lost will be the $20.00 processing fee. I am in hopes that this will relieve some of the anxiety of pre entering the show and then worrying about not being able to make the race.

Location: The edge of no where		I LOVE the new rule about being able to vet out/draw out.  Thank you!  Do we still have to enter before the first horse runs?

Yes, in order to late enter the books still will close at the beginning of each race.

The largest problem we had last year was no one wanting to pre enter the race. The ladies in the office were swamped with late entries and then becasue of the extra heavy work load in the last 30 minutes they had a hard time getting all of the entries into the computer and doing a draw before we were ready to start running the late entries. I am in hopes that this will help this situation.
