Does anyone know the quality of their tack? Do they have a good reputation and customer service?

54 looks and no one seems to have heard of them.  Maybe I will not buy from them.

Β

Not sure on their customer service, but our daughter has a tack set from them. Leather is not supple and rhinestones look like they could easily become dislodged if the set isn't very well taken care of. For an entry level blingy set I'd say they are fine but they are light years away from being high-end.

I've wondered about their Spurs and if they're good quality. . . . They're pretty but I hate to spend the money and have them fall apart.

I think you might be thinking about Mad Cow Company which is different than Mad CoW tack

ETA: unless you're talking about spur straps, I see Mad CoW tack makes those

I will preface this by stating that I have no first hand knowledge of the quality of tack made by MadcoW Tack. That being said, the words that jumped out to me after visiting their website is the tack is made with Argentine Leather…….Argentine leather is usually a lesser grade and quality of leather. Regarding lower prices, just keep in mind that you sometimes get exactly what you pay for…….

I have a set that's Mr Saddle which is apparently the sister company or same guy or something,.. I was pleasantly impressed with the quality. Leather is supple but not cheap looking or feeling. Beading has stayed on well. aI just bought it a few months ago

I've seen some of their stuff at the local rodeo. It looked really nice, they had an AWESOME set of spurs... but I couldn't afford the $300+ price tag. I follow on facebook and drool over their stuff... but I couldn't tell you how the quality is when being used. Sometimes it just looks like nice decor pieces.

You are getting conflicting answers because people are confusing MadcoW Tack and The Mad Cow Company.

MadcoW Tack is crap. Poor quality. The sell mostly leather goods, saddles, tack sets, etc.

The Mad Cow Company is nice quality stuff. They sell bits, spurs, jewelry, things of that nature.
