Yes, confirmed tornado earlier this evening in downtown Mineral Wells. Police station was heavily damaged, 281 is closed due to all the debris in the road. The poor folks in Mineral Wells have just been getting slammed here the last few weeks.

Location: California | Multiple counties are now considered disaster areas due to flooding as well. Wichita county where I live is one of them. We have a week full of rain still in our forecast. Our place is on a hill and so far faring ok but I know many who have not been so lucky! |

| Our weather has been crazy! I'm very appreciative that many lakes are full or almost full. Rarely do you hear of lakes gaining 10 feet of water. That's awesome news, but some are flooding out. We need more rain where I am, but some need boats. There have been many tornadoes around our area. Very rare. |

I was NOT happy that the Weather Channel had ZERO coverage of those tornadoes and storms. What was the deal?! They were showing re-runs of their tornado documentary show. Seriously?
My only guess is that they didn't think the storms were going to get severe so they didn't have anyone on location. Therefore they just pretended it didn't happen? They get so excited when they anticipate serious storms that it's usually 24/7 coverage. Not sure why they dropped the ball so badly that night.

Location: At the race track with Ah Dee Ohs | The weather this year has been crazy. Saturday night we had one touch down very close to us. All these tornados are making national news. My mom lives in PA, and the one that hit our town Saturday was in their local paper. We are expecting rain for the next several days in Oklahoma, hopefully that's all it it, but we need a break for sure. |

| Yes we need a break BIG TIME!! I am in Oklahoma and not only watching the weather and staying alert, but dealing with horses that have either twisted, sprained their legs coming in and out of the barn. It is just a mess and I have no tractor to get that crap away from the doors. Been doctored for months on tendon injuries. |

Location: stray dump capital of the world | The tragedies surrounding these storms, the flooding and missing are terrible. A couple of local families were washed away in Wimberley when the flash flood took out the home they were in. Still missing are 3 children and 5 adults. Prayers are needed. |

| Dallas Ft Worth area is getting hammered daily. Please keep the folks in Henderson in your prayers. That area was just about wiped off the map Monday evening. All electricity is out much damage, many injuries, but no deaths. All schools are closed indefinitely. Tornados were passing north and south of us and we watched one in the distance but by the grace of God no damage here, but as I said, Henderson does need everyone's prayers. |
