I also have a post baby body and need to get in shape after for racing. (I am the one who's office bought the stability balls in place of the chairs.) I do zumba (I am always out of step, but I brought a friend who is the same and we are in our own corner doing our own thing together.) LOL

I wanted to try Success in the Saddle videos designed to strengthen the core for dressage riders but will help anyone who rides. It is recommended on Heather Smith's Barrel Racing Tips. I still haven't purchased it, though.

Location: Missouri		I love the idea of sitting on a ball at work versus a chair! I only work two part days a week but I wonder if they'd let me do that? Our cubicles can't been seen by clients. Lol!!!
