This is what I use. I have bad knees from playing sports all through high school and college. My right knee is pretty arthritic and really bugs me. If I ride in my ranch saddle that DOESN'T have Walls, I feel it for DAAAAAAAYS. |

| Nettles - it took me considering them for YEARS as I didn't want to pay that for a pair of stirrups but after I got the first pair, it wasn't long before I got another - helped my knee pain greatly! |

Location: South MS | NETTLES!!!!!!!!!!!! Well worth the money! Like someone else said, I had considered them for years...........husband bought me a pair for Christmas (he's finally learning!!!)............ditched the Walls for them and will never use another kind again!
