they called her buckskin filly..... Ha. DC Lendi Zan 1126 She is Peponita bred on top and just some other ranchy nobody's on the bottom. I would like a ranchy/punchy/western type, cute name. If that exist. Haha

What a pretty head!!!! I named my mare Josey cause I thought it was sorta western/cow punchy. Reminded me of one of my favorite westerns Josey Wales...

I love Josey for her. She is really cute. Does anybody remember the ranch toys from the 70's, Johnny West? The dolls could ride the horses and they had a covered wagon and all the gear, including saddles and horses and stuff for the camp kitchen? The girl doll was named Josey.

Thank you everyone. We decided to name her Marlie. We bought her from a team roper friend who was killed in a car wreck back in December and his wife. His name was Mark. Hence MAR. His wife's name ends in LIE so we put them together to form Marlie. I wanted something to pay a little tributie to him. :
) She's 3 and so far doing great. I have more pictures I will post later.
