Location: In The Snow, AZ | We'll, not to OFFEND anyone, because people are too sensitive these days.... But I'm sick of having to agree with what everyone thinks is "right" nowadays. I am not a "homophobe", I am not a racist. I am not a Bible thumper. But I believe in God and Jesus Christ. I do not believe in how everyone lives their lives, but in saying that, I try my best not to judge. So it would be nice if I wasn't judged for believing how I do. Flaaaame awaaaay.

I am a christian who believes in God, but I do not consider myself so worthy that I have the right to judge others. That is Gods job. My job is to love everyone as God loves me. I am going to love, even though I may not fully understand, and pray for him and everyone else in this world. We all need it. |

Location: Washington | My husband and I got married in 1980 and our catering director was a guy by the name of Tim, did a fantastic job. But he came to our wedding as Tina, man was she a knockout. My point is this, it never made the news that he was going through a sex change didn't rub anyones face into it just felt like he had been mislabled. (his words not mine) I don't agree with it, but I am not in their skin so I pray hard not to judge.
And Vicky I am fighting the age deal until I am 6 feet under. lol |

If people quit talking about it, the topic will go away, if people keep talking about it, it will stay in the news lines.
I have seen some Facebook posts in retaliation to jenners publicity, examples are wounded warriors photo in activities, and poses.
There was also a post about I believe akon donating millions to provide solar power to African people
If people keep doing this, maybe the media will get the message |

Location: 31 lengths farms | I'm not saying all, but some people do not do these things for money. Speaking from a very personal experience. And yes, I still love them. HOw can you not love a person that has fought as long as the one I know, succeeded in life under the labels and gender they were assigned at birth. Has a lot of varied "interests" and 90% of them they attained because it was more socially acceptable than taking drugs and drinking in order to "deal" with themself. Its heart breaking to watch the day to day struggle over the assignments society and nature has given them versus the internal one that 50+ years of praying and doing what society says in "normal" hasn't relieved.
When someone passes away we gather strength in knowing that the body is just the vessel we are given here on Earth, what if you arrived in the wrong vessel?
Your child comes to you at 4 years of age and asks "Why did God give me boy parts??? I hate them!" What do you do? |

Thank you for being the voice of reason. Except that I will say that MOST do not do it for attention.
While I do not exactly agree with the media circus this whole thing has turned into, I think that it has its positives. It's bringing an issue that has long been silenced to light. Trans people aren't monsters. They're people. Some are good, some are not so good - you know, like everyone else.
It's also bringing out unimaginable hate in people that impressionable minds might be unfortunate enough to see.

$$$$$$$$$ that is the only way these people know how to earn money. I will be so happy when (un)reality shows go by the wayside and all these people that have become "stars" or rich from doing nothing have to get real jobs like the rest of us. |
