Subject: Easy on the hocks exercises?

So I had my mare adjusted and massaged the other day and she was pretty sore in her pressure points for her hocks. I'm trying to get her back in shape and hopefully it won't take too long for me to get her in to the vet for her injections. But, in the mean time are there any exercises I can do to keep getting her in shape without getting her any more sore in her hocks? OR should I just leave her be until I can get her injected?

Location: Piedmont, OK		I would avoid exercising until you get her checked. It could make her more sore and no one likes exercising when they hurt.
