Location: GODS country | I have a gelding that runs great in a rope nose Jim Warner indoors, but outdoors he needs a little extra rate at the first! What hack has a little more "bite" for running outdoors and adding a little rate at 1st? Ladybug or a chain nose? |

| The "quick stop" has a lot of whoa... or there's the "whoa back" but thats too harsh for my liking.

Location: Loco,Ok | I make several. You put the rate in the horse. Not the equipment. Its in your hands. You put the rate point position in the horse.Teach the to go to a position they can rate down get ready for the turn but not start the turn untill in position to complete it. Same principal as.Driving your truck 70mph down the road.Your turn is just up ahead. You can not make the turn running 70 You have to let off the pedal let the truck rate the turn. You make the turn when you get to the position to complet the turn then mash the pedal. You can not push and pull at the same time.If your pulling all the way to the barrel the horse will run through the turn. I make several styles customs also/ But it all comes down to the hand holding the reins. When you purchase one from me you get all the help you need as long as you need it. Hope that helps |

One of these days I'm going to come hang out with you. I'll do anything to watch. Saddle colts, work chutes, don't matter. I just want to learn. |

Location: Kansas | I have a hack made by Shallow Creek Bits that is similar to the Jim Warner but longer shanks and it fits that bill. Not sure what it's called exactly because I bought it used. |

Location: Monticello, AR | I love my bozo hackamore. The couple of horses I have run with it seemed to respect it and I had plenty of rate and whoa. |
