Location: Sunny So Cal | I used to have a lot of problems with my old insurance company. But I switched to Ciniquini Insurance a few years ago and haven't had a problem. He goes over everything and made it super clear. Stacey is great to ask questions so I don't think he would mind the call and you can pick his brain 949-289-4722 Glad to have him on my side, he always goes to bat for me.

We have had auto insurance through USAA for 15 years with absolutely NO CLAIMS whatsoever. None, zero, zilch.
We hit a deer the other week that did a decent amount of damage to our car. We can't even use our **** insurance to get it fixed because the amount of rate increase would cost us more then repairing the car ourselves. And it was a deer....which is supposed to be covered with no increase.
Talk about being robbed of 15 years of premiums

| My experience has been if you have a significant claim, for an illness, they will exclude it the following year or they will increase your premium so much its not feasible. One of my horses became ill after a show and he was hospitalized. they werent sure what was wrong with him, suspected potomac horse fever but blood tests showed negative. Insurance had to pay a $2500 bill. The next year for renewal, they wanted to double his premium. I dropped insurance on him. I like the idea of starting an account with your premium money instead and am going to start doing that. | |

Home owners is the exact same way, boy, you better pay your premiums on time but by golly, don't ever file a claim or we'll double your premiums! I think insurance is one of the biggest scams ever but a person can't afford to be without it (although, I no longer have horse insurance).

Tried and True

Location: Where I am happiest | ALL insurance companies are in business to MAKE money. Insurance is the biggest ponzie schemes ever played on the American people. That is the only commodity or service you can buy, ( and many facets mandated, ie: auto ) and then when the chips are down and it's their turn to deliver the goods you paid for, they then get indignant and dont want to deliver the goods/services bought and paid for. That is the only business I know that can say "Well, I know you bought and paid for x service, but now that it's time for us to deliver,,,,,,,,,,,,,, we changed our minds. Dont ever get into a car accident, full fault of the other driver that hit you, and expect the insurance company to pay up what is owed. They will try to wiggle out of it, and try to drag it out for years, play games, and try to pay a smidgen of the coverage and it dont even cover expences like your vehicle and medical. They pretty much force you to hire a lawyer to get things done. Then by the time you pay all the medical and the lawyer, your still out. Yet we are required by law to carry insurance, but they are not required by law to act in a timely mannor, nor deliver the goods/services that were bought and paid for or the amount purchased..
