Location: Bastrop, Texas		Sometimes a doc can have a pretty good idea what's going on just from the description of symptoms, but this isn't one of those times. The first thing I'd want to rule out is a urinary tract infection. It could be that your chest pain is something unrelated. You need to see someone who will sit down and take a good history, examine you, then decide what, if any, tests need to be done. I can think of dozens of possibilities, but that's useless. Let us know what your doc comes up with.
