Miss Not Exciting Posts: 3279 Location: Ft Worth TX	My husbands rope horse reared up to get away from my bratty pony and either landed on the corner of the cattle guard or a rock at 11pm last night. Had vet out 15 mins after it happened wrapped it and stabilized him until morning. Took him to a bigger vet clinic pulled x ray and no fractures THANK GOD. Had to cut the flap of hoof off to reduce chance of infection and will wrap and pack with sugardine for 2 weeks and then put a shoe on it in a week to stabilize it more. I ask for prayers for infection to stay away, the red stretch is his coffin bone and we have to hope and pray it does not get infeceted. He was overdue for a trim by a couple weeks but has been on pasture rest due to another injury.
