Leasing a mare as a brood mare

What would be the best way to find the desired mare I'm searching for? I know most people won't breed and those that do breed for themselves.... So it's a bit of a challenge!
Anyways!!! Maybe you can do more than give me suggestions
palomino mare that I am wanting to lease as a brood mare next spring. I do not support any "back yard" breeding so this horse must have decent conformation and decent lines in her registration. Cow or race bred mares only... I pay for the vet and stud fee of course along with your requested leasing price.. Mare preferably located in Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, or Colorado.
as you can see that's a bit of a tall order! Where can I look or place an ad for free where it will be view by lots of people with decent horses!

Have you tried buying an egg or embryo? Way more expensive but you could get your baby without leasing someones mare.
