Twin Sister to Queen Boobie Posts: 13315 Location: East Tennessee but who knows?!	My favorites are hemp seed protein powder, and then a Paleo protein powder I get from Swansons. Both are less than $2 per serving and they don't have soy or whey and are all natural. I mix fruit & spinach and almond milk for a smoothie and I have a meal that fills me up for a couple hours.

I make two for breakfast and freeze one for lunch. Thaw it half way out for lunch. wow you are tough if you drink the Vega shakes. I got two samples of the vanilla and I took two sips and about puked! I had a bad taste in my mouth for 2 hours. You could probably go on fear factor or survivor lol! I can't hack that drink, ewwww. That's one problem with those "green/healthy" shakes that have everything in the produce isle in it lol. I love veggies and I eat healthy but I can't drink broccoli lol
