Location: California | Well all in all it went pretty good! Serenity was a bit nervous and was a little worse after we ran I'm guessing from the excitement from running. I was quite nervous myself. We had a few mistakes but i am VERY happy with how she ran! We ran 3rd out in the Perf, bulls were in the chutes at 1st barrel and kids were twirling light sticks at 2nd. She fought me at 2nd which you almost can't see in the video, i wanted her to have more pocket and she ignored me. Generally when she runs if i just check her and lift up she turns them herself, she needed a bit more help last night and I'm very proud of myself for helping her and not just being in the way! I KNOW she has another gear and one day will find it. Lol. We ran a 17.9 and a 16.88 was was winning it before slack. We left before slack so not sure how all that went.

Location: Where the pavement ends and the West begins Utah | Nice set. Now don't be mad at me but I want say with that small of a pattern I figure times should be some where in the 15's or less. I know you know more work is needed. So you need shave better than 2 seconds off your time. I just want you to know the winning time is not what your aiming for .Good luck. |

Not mad at all! Right now my main goal with her and myself is consistency. I'm not horribly concerned with winning times yet. Until we clean it up a little more i dont mind her being a bit slower. I do need to push her more headed to first and 3rd at least. 2nd barrel has been our main spot we need to work on. She is very push style and i forget to push.... Lol. We were stuck in 20 second land for forever because of me, as i get more consistent she is improving GREATLY! I'm on my own right now so everything has been trial and error with constant pep talks to myself. |

Location: Montana | Good job! Glad for you! Looked good to me! Any time you keep them all three standing and you turn them good, it is a good run in my estimation, and I don't just mean you, that is how I look at my competition runs. Even if it was a sucky run, if we kept all the barrels up and I came out of the arena on my horse and my horse is okay, then the run wasn't bad. |

I need someone on the side lines to yell at me to PUSH her! Lol. I am VERY happy with how she is progressing. I know speed will come in time as we run more and more, she has already stepped it up a bit since a week ago. I keep watching the video and all i can think is how it looks like she's barely running! I have other videos on youtube from past years that show how far we have come. My biggest issue has always been me. |
