Would a Fred Hunter bit work well with the horse that is normally ridden in a chain Mike Beers bit? I've watched all of his videos and I really like how they are made and how they function but I don't know if the mouthpiece would make that horse a little more stiff? I'm very curious about the show to win bit.

JMO...Your best bet is to call Fred and talk with him. No one knows his bits better then he does.
