Reviews please for both human and horse?

I have constant tight tension back, shoulder and neck pain.  I'm considering getting an equine theraplate for my horses and wondering if it would also help me as well as help my horses.

Thoughts?

I fractured L4&5 many years ago. I suffer severe lower back pain as a result. I start my day laying on the TheraPlate for 20 mins and end it the same way. This has done more to ease my back pain than anything else that I have done in the last 20 years

My BO has one. I can't confirm for sure that the Theraplate makes a huge difference all on it's own, beacause I do a lot to keep my horse with KS comfortable. But he does seem to have fewer days with some back sensitivity when we're using it regularly. One of these days I'll get around to trying it out myself. I suffer from chronic neck/back pain but just never got around to laying on the theraplate because I'm usually on a bit of a time crunch and take care of my horse over myself.

My trainer has one for the horses and one for people. She has kept records when she was treating a horse with a torn suspensory. Even the vet could not believe the improvement in the horse. I have used the one for people and it is wonderful

We have had good results with them. Especially prior to competition. I have seen it work and loosen them up along with alleviating some minor joint pain.
