I bet PiYo by Chalene Johnson from Beachbody is probably very good. I saw the infomercial. It is a mix of pilates and yoga.

I love the Winsor Pilates series. The "20 minute workout" is my favorite.
I bought the Piyo set but I don't really like it so far, it's a little too hyper for me. I haven't tried all of the dvds yet though so maybe I'll end up liking some of it.

The piyo program from beachbody may be an option. I did try it however felt it was too easy for me as I'm already really fit. Honestly, will depend on your fitness level as to whether you'll like it or not. The P90x3 is really good and workouts are only 30 minutes a day. Great results! Focus on whole body.
