Has anyone bred a mare that had west Nile at some point? I have a friend who has a mare that had the virus a few years ago. She has recovered fine and my friend is now thinking of breeding her. Thoughts?

We had a mare who got west Nile during her pregnancy about ten years ago. It was terrible to watch her sweat and go down. But she delivered a very healthy colt. It took forever for her to foal though maybe he needed extra time in the womb since her body had to fight off west Nile? We never bred her again as this was her last planned foal but she's perfectly healthy today and I wouldn't second guess breeding her again if she wasn't too old.
