Location: Dearing, GA | I'm looking for a VERY specific headstall. I have one that matches my breastcollar right now, but its a browband headstall and is WAY too big for my horse. Is there someone y'all would recommend to either modify my current headstall or make a new one that is a one ear to match the breastcollar? |

May I ask what brand of Headstall it is?
You may ask whoever ends up making the piece for you if they could use your conchos. It may save you a bit of money. |

Location: Displaced Iowegian | Where is it too big.....side pieces? brow piece? I would take it to a local saddle shop and see if they could "modify" the one you have. |

I agree....I see quite a few places where it could be shortened...at the bit....at the buckles, and, more than likely, the brow band could be changed. |

Hey thanks for finding that! I've contacted someone to modify it (: The brow is waaaaay too big for my poor gelding's head. He might be 15.2, but his head is pretty small. My bit is pretty big too, so I'm already riding with my headstall pretty short so my bit fits correctly. |
