I've run my 3 and 4 year olds on it and never had any issues. I would guess your horse is still hurting or they need to realize they aren't hurting and still remember running before and was hurting. LOVE previcoxx. I have 2 older horses that are on it everyday, long term. Don't have any issues with them either.

Thanks again all . He has been off the previcoxx a few days now and staying sound so I think the worst is over!! I will work him this week and take him to a barrel race next weekend and see how he does!

Just an update: My horse has been off the previcox for 3 days now. Made a run and he is back to inhaling all three barrels! Worked perfectly. I guess on some horses they feel different on it.
