Does anyone have surveillance at their barn that you can tap into wirelessly? I'd like to get a portable system that I can take with me when hauling. What company do you use? Are you happy with them? Thanks so much!

Location: Central Texas		I asked this question a couple of weeks ago. I have ordered a large system and it will be here monday. I will let ya know how it goes!! I went with Swann High Def 8 channel 1080p DVR security system with 8 1080p cameras, 2TB Hard Drive, and 100ft IR Night vision.  I will be able to access any of the cameras with my phone while I'm away. I can also go back and look at any of the recorded footage on the DVR. I will have a dedicated monitor for all the cameras that I can watch while I'm at home and in the house. The cameras can be set to stay on all the time, during preset hours, or turn on when motion is detected.
After lots of research, playing with the system at my sons job, and talking with a friend's husband who does security cameras for a living I chose this system. I went with a hard wired system instead of a wireless because wireless signal out here is sketchy at best. I can still access the system via wireless I just didn't think the cameras would work very good for me if THEY were wireless also but they do come in wireless.  Hope that makes sense.
Oh and for the wireless cameras somewhere between 700 and 1000 ft is how far the camera can be from the system and still get signal. That is straight line nothing in the way sight. If the signal has to travel through walls or objects it will decrease significantly.
