What are the best options for keeping one in shape? My scenario is that I'm a full time college student, work part time, and have limited riding space (pasture, outdoor dirt arena that stays muddy this time of year, and close by fields). I don't get to ride during the week very often. I found a good price on a used hot walker and I have intentions of tilling up a track around the perimeter of my pasture for long trotting.

Are hot walkers worth it? Do y'all have any other tips or ideas on legging one up/ keeping them in shape?
