Location: Texas | Do they make good barrel horses?? I'm looking at a 1 yr old stud by him and am just wondering if they make good barrel horses. |

| There are many PIW mares crossed on ASOF that have produced some outstanding barrel horses. I wish I could think of other PIW horses currently in the arena but I am drawing a blank. Streakinlenawhiskey and Streakin Irish Paddy are two of the ASOFs that come to mind.
I have a colt by Irish Pay (by Paddys Irish Whiskey) and he is one of my favorites ever raised. High hopes for him. |

| I think I need to see the full pedigree on this one! I dont run barrels but I'd love to have one as a rope horse. |

Location: Texas | I don't have his pedigree on hand. But I do know he is cow bred on both sides. I handle his momma everyday and she is great. A little quirky but she has a really good attitude and is athletic |

| I love a PIW horse. Gritty, smart, and tough all over. They tend to not be for the beginner rider or trainer. |

Location: In my own little world | There are several out there that have done well in the barrel pen. Here are a couple results that I cut and pasted "Vanilas Whiskey Girl", a daughter of Paddys Irish Whiskey, was the 2010 Hawki Barrel Futurity champion with Carissa Shearer
"Bring It On Guys", ridden by Sabra O'Quinn, was 3rd in the 2013 Old Fort Days Futurity, earning $16,870. "Bring It On Guys" is out of a daughter of Paddys Irish Whiskey. This team also recently dominated all three go-rounds of the 5-States Breeders Futurity! **UPDATE!!! Bring It On Guys is the 2015 NBHA 1D WORLD CHAMPION!! |

That is by far the #1 successful cross for PIW. If I can get an embryo out of a friends Dod daughter next year, I really might do it. |

My parents have a nice gelding and a cute little sorrel mare by Eds Little Whiskey. I have loved riding the gelding but they never broke the mare to ride so I'm hoping to talk them into breeding the mare to a nice barrel stud this spring. ;) |

Location: Piedmont, OK | YES! PIW is amazing! I don't know how much longer he will be standing at stud but Peppy San Badgers ( I know he has a bad rap with some) are amazingly athletic and extremely intelligent but he is by far on of PSB best studs. I love, love, love a PSB! |

Yes 6666's owns him. I really like him :). Just wanted some feed back. This colt is nothing but leg and has a big hip, super sweet in your pocket type of horse. Definattly does not act like a stud. If all else fails I guess he will make a good ranch stud |

I dont think you could ever go wrong with what you decide to do with him. Do you own the colt if so you need to post a picture of him, I would love to see him. |

No I don't own him :(. I work at a cutting ranch and they bred and raised him. I work with him on a everyday basis. I do have a picture of him but I can't figure out how to download it lol |
