Location: Kansas | Just use the basics. The motorized base and the cup that fits into it.
I love mine and use it everyday. For breakfast I use the smaller cup and put in a banana, a few almonds, one-fourth cup uncooked oatmeal, and milk. Makes a great breakfast smoothie. My little invention.
I make a mixture to take to work in the bigger cup that includes a few grapes, a few small cherry tomatoes, some spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower and of course the banana that overpowers the strong veggie taste. I use spring water for the liquid....I use mostly frozen vegetables but fresh works great too. I just found that mine were spoiling before I could use them, so I stuck them in the freezer. You can invent your own drinks. It's very fun and healthy. There are all kinds of combinations you can use. They're addictive. Watermelon, pineapple, parsley......

pS bell peppers are a bad idea in a fruit smoothie. |

| I usually have in mine:
1Cup of spinach
1/3 Cup of oats
Spoonful of Chia seeds or ground flax
1/2 C plain greek yogurt
small apple or orange
any other fruit I happen to have, usually blueberries.
Add water & ice to the desired consistency.
The apple or orange takes away the spinach taste, because spinach at 6:00AM is gross!

You can get ready made smoothie mixes in the freezer section. They have frozen fruit and chunks of yogurt, just add juice or water and blend. |

Location: TX | I finally decided on the Vitamix, love it but I need recipes for smoothies. My husband makes awesome ones with Thrive, but I would never tell him that.

I liked the taste that thrive added but I didn't see any more effects to justify the cost.
I love my nutribullet. For breakfast I do frozen berries, A banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and milk to add liquid.
I should start packing a midday/lunch type one for at work, the holidays weren't kind to the scale |

Location: MD | I'll be honest the first time we used ours... We put blueberries and black berries in it and then some rum too. Healthy right?
But we do 1/2 greens and 1/2 fruits. Go crazy!! That's the way I started eating Kale and its sooo good! My best advice is to add 1/2 a frozen banana to each shake. It helps with the consistency and with it being frozen it makes it extra cold. There is a chart that ranks fruits and veggies by the best for you, we use that and incorporate something we haven't tried yet that's really good for you as often as we can.
Bonus, we make "slushys" for the kids and they don't understand they are pretty good for them. Ice-strawberries-water |

Location: Piedmont, OK | I love mine. I stick to the basics though. Vanilla protein powder, some raspberries or blueberries and I add a little Animal Element Detox to it too. It keeps my old joints from hurting. Or if I am in the mood for chocolate i will add a little sugar free instant chocolate pudding. |

| My husband puts 1 banana, frozen strawberries and raspberries, and greek vanilla yogurt, with a splash of whatever juice we have on hand to thin it out. When he's had a rough day, he adds vodka. |
