He'll be 9 months on Sunday. Last night we tackled the blanket. He got white eyed for a bit, then settled down once he realized he HAD to wear it. (It's too big for him, I was only using to get him used to wearing it). He is a big, smart goofball :

PS - I wish they made horse pacifiers because this kid ALWAYS wants something in his mouth! Leadline, buckets, halter, this blanket.... this is a RARE photo of me not yanking something out of his mouth! He's going to a busy-body for sure!

This was back in November:

He's a cutie!  I just love them when they are that age.  The fact that he's into everything like a giant raccoon just means he's gonna be a good one....too smart for his own good!

OMG I love it... giant raccoon!! You are right, he is too smart for his own good. I have to come up with new ways to tie him because he will untie himself in seconds.

It depends on the day!! LOL! Just kidding. My husband won't let me sell him at this point anyways, he's in love with him. I like him OK too :) I hope I can "keep up" with his energy!

I have a 9 month old French man's Guy stud . He is the same way. Always into something. When he is through with his feed, he throws the bucket over the stall door. Lol

LOL! Mine too! I have that hook where it's supposed to prevent horses from flipping buckets out, but he has figured out how to weave the bucket handle out of the hook. The bucket is laying on the stall floor almost every morning. I've heard these types of horses are the "good ones" so that's a good thing for us!
