| I've only owned her 3 mos, and being in the Midwest I haven't noticed a heat cycle yet on her, but could this be a sign? I noticed tonight when I let everyone in the barn, she urinated maybe 3 times within 10 minutes, but in small amounts. Anything to be concerned? She really doesn't have much coming out..but I've never dealt with this. She ate her grain just fine but acting like she could care less about her hay. Pooped once while I was in the stall. My one gelding is clinging to her a bit too, so wondering if it's a sign of a heat cycle coming? |

| Probably just from the warm spell that we had tricking them into thinking it's spring plus being new. I noticed a few of my mares doing that too, If she keeps doing it along with drinking a lot more water and gets sore at all I wouldn't hesitate to get a blood test for Insulin Resistance. I'm almost postive it's the first thing but excess pee is also from sugar levels being off |

| Get your vet to ck and see if she has cyst on her ovaries. I used regumate for a long time on one mare I had. But if I had one now that had issues when they come in, I wouldn't hesitate to use Performance mare by oxygen.

Location: 31 lengths farms | The month before CC bleed and was then diagnosed with a bladder stone she had what I thought was just a hard heat cycle too, the norm....urinating often, small amounts, little cranky, etc. If it doesn't clear up in the next few weeks it might be worth having it checked out. |
