| Does anyone have experience with Tin Hauls? I really want to invest in a pair and ditch my annual pair of Justin Gypsies as my riding boots. How do they hold up? Are they slick with rawhide stirrups? Comfortable? Thanks! |

| After they have been worn enough for the shiny sole to wear off, they are fine.
Mine have held up well, very comfortable since I have wide feet.
Once mine wear out I will be buying another pair, mine are 3 years and counting

Location: CTX | I got a pair at the NFR in 2012, and they are still going strong... I sometimes ride in them, and have not noticed any issue with it. The sole is not slick at all. It was at first, but after a couple of weeks wearing them that changed pretty fast. I also got a pair in 2014 and they are still great too. The first pair I got was actually a mens size 7, and they fit my feet a little bit better, they are a bit wider. The other pair I got is a womans size 8 (my normal size) and the are a tad narrower, but I just make sure I have some thinner socks when I wear those. |

Location: IL | Glad to here they are fine to ride in and that the sole doesn't cause any issues. I have owned quite a few different brands of boots. I always thought my Tony Lama boots were the most comfortable but my Tin Hauls top them. |

| I have a pair that I've owned for over two years, wear them almost every day, and they're still in good shape. They are comfortable to ride in, but really terrible in the snow. I've wiped out many times just this winter. You'd think I would learn.... lol |

Justin Gypsies are my annual Christmas gift! LOL. I love them because they fit me so well. I have no experience with Tin Hauls, however. The Gypsies are cheap enough I don't worry too much about wearing them out, though. |

They are cute, I am trying to find a more traditional style of cowboy boot made by tin hauls.
If anyone finds some please let me know.
I have the maneaters, and honestly after one muddy day they don't look cute, they look gross even after cleaned. Hence why I want more of a traditional style |

| I like these ones, simple, and more traditional then some of the others.

I personally have no idea about Ferrini's, so can't really comment on them. A friend had a pair, and they fell apart within a year, so I really don't even consider getting them, I am pretty rough on my boots. I work in an aircraft hanger so am on concrete all day long, and my Tin Hauls are still going strong, even after 4 years. Never had the problem of feeling every rock either. |

Thanks! I have literally only worn the ferrinis about 5 times in 3 years b/c you can feel everything you step on! Looking for a next pair of boots, but I wont buy these again |
