Location: Oklahoma		I see that my horse is enrolled, but I'm not exactly sure what it means. I understand that it's an incentive program, but would I have to be a WPRA member to run for the bonus money? Horse has aged out of aged events, so I would only be looking at "open" jackpots. I'm not a WPRA member, so does this eliminate me from everything?
