Question. If you do the recover program, can you have the new pad done in a different color/style than the old one?
And for the OP-I used my saddleright for the first time yesterday and it was wonderful. Cash didn't swish his tail while I tightened his cinch (which he *always* does). He moved more freely than ever, which is something we've been struggling with especially to the right. It really seemed to free up his back and shoulders in a way his 3/4" felt pad definitely did not. I also found sitting the trot was more comfortable. Some people have mentioned Meleta Brown saddles and Saddlerights don't always work well together but so far it's a perfect combination. The pad isn't too thick and really absorbs shock and free's up Cash. The profile for the withers is also amazing. For the first time EVER we finished a ride without a pad sliding down and pressing on his withers.

You can get a different, color, shape, size and everything..... a whole completely different looking if you wanted to!
PS.... I used a saddleright pad with my meleta for about 4 years or more. It worked great for my horse.

Sweet! In the event this one wears out I want a pretty turquoise one :) but yeah I'm VERY happy with this saddle pad combo. It may not work for some but it's definitely working for us!!! |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | Wild1 - 2015-12-30 11:48 AM anyone use these with a caldwell saddle? I went ahead and bought both a 7/8" and a 1" thick 5 star since Charon at Caldwell suggests a thick pad with her saddles. However, my 1" fits ok doesn't pinch my horse but will roll if not cinched up tight enough. I have a saddleright from my old double J was wondering if it would be too thin to use. Anyone?
It didn't work well for my Caldwell saddle. I used a 5 Star one one horse and the CorrecTOR for the other. |

My first one is over 6 years old and still going strong. I use them with my Bob Marshall saddles. I have had 4 Saddlerights over 15 years. They are the only pad I use. I've tried others, but don't like them nearly as well. The Saddlerights fit great and last forever. Just love them.
For some reason I thought you sold CorrecTOR saddle pads? |
