How much would be reasonable to spend on a 72X50 barn? With one of the 72 foot walls open for run outs? Not including cement? I know that's a pretty broad question but just trying to get a ball park price. And about 2500 sq feet of it being cemented

Ours ended up being around $35,000 ($18,000 of that was concrete). It is 75x48. 3 box stalls on one side with 2 stall area of tack room in the center, 18' cement alley and 15' overhang run stalls on the south side. Totally custom built. It was cheaper to do that in the long run that buy pre fab.
