Location: Midwest USA | In honor of Ed Wright we are hoping people from across the nation will place a Lime Green ribbon in your horses' mane when you run barrels. The Lime Green ribbon is the awareness ribbon for Lymes Disease. If you ever had the privilege and lucky enough to attend an Ed Wright Clinic you will probably remember Ed putting a band in the mane of different horses to help the rider have a focus point on where to keep their hands when learning to ride the WRIGHT way. Thanks to a parent and clinic participant thinking up this cool idea to honor such a great friend to so many across the nation and a true horseman! We would love to see a Sea of Lime Green ribbons across the country at barrel races everywhere and at the BBR World Finals it would be such a tribute to see everyone have one in their horses mane. Please LIKE and SHARE this post in Honor of Ed Wright!!! and put the Lime Green Ribbon on we are also going to be putting up a facebook page soon to post pics of everyone sporting their lime green in his honor! #RidingWithEd

| What a wonderful idea. My farrier told me this morning of when he first met Ed & that was at the Dallas airport. They were sitting next to each other waiting on their flights & my farrier said to Ed "this was in June", why are you wearing a carhart jacket in June. Ed smiled & explained he was a clinician involving barrel racing & he was heading north & it was cold where her was going. My farrier is a team roper, so he & Ed talked for about 30 minutes until their flights were called. Jayson said, Ed was one of the nicest men he has ever met & he is very grateful to have had that time talking with him. |

Location: Mississsippi | Thanks so much BHW!
He is now in a place of honor, but in my eyes..... He is head & shoulders above anyone else in the barrel horse world.
Never to be replaced.
I consider myself so lucky to have known him & Martha for 30 plus years. |

Location: 31 lengths farms | This was from the race in November, but we will be sporting this shirt again in the next week and add the ribbon for Ed...He helped me so much with this little mare. I remember her first clinic with him, she was 3 and bucked like a NFR bronc still at times when she was done learning. Ed asked me the usual "tell me about this horse" , when I told him our issues he asked "does she buck??" and I said "oh yah". Ed rubbed his hands together and says "oh boy, we are gonna have some fun with this one!!! gather round!"
