I love them.  They make a huge difference in my mare, it's like night and day.  I love the fact that I'm able to help keep her working hard without having to do injectins every few months.  I'm a Rep for PHT and use every bit of it.

My mare with stifle issues cannot take magnets, we have used the cheap magnet blankets and borrowed an expensive one to try, had to pull the off her in about 3 minutes as she was tearing at them with her teeth and rubbing against the fence trying to get it off...has anyone used just the Cu Stifle wraps or products and for what issues, also how did they work for you?

While I love all my other PHT products I have not had much luck with the stifle wraps. I think it might depend on what your issue is. Another thing I can't turn mine loose with the stifle wraps because they get them off in less than 10 minutes.

It's a hard area to treat, that's for sure. One of mine could wear them all day without them budging. My other guy could get them off as soon as I turned my back, even tied up.
I sold them to buy bells. Only for my big guy's stifle to start sticking when I started legging him back up. Of course lol.

Love mine. My horse knows how to get them off and will shuck them when he's tired of wearing them, but he will wear them for several hours before he gets to that point.

I haven't tried the CuHorse Stifle Wraps yet, but I think they would still be very beneficial.  They fit right along the leg where you need them to and the copper infused fabric is wonderful at helping to reduce swelling and inflammation.

Mine stay on pretty well although it does say they aren't meant for turn out. If she's not stalled I always put them on when she's going to be preoccupied with eating for a couple hours or I'm going to be home to keel an eye on her. She took off at a dead run just the other day with them on and they didn't move, though.

My mare doesn't have any real stifle issues, hers are just weak and I like to use the wraps while I'm working on strengthening them, and then I usually just use them at races once she's going good.

I'm not worried about turn out, wouldnt' pay that kind of money to turn her loose in them, LOL!!! Thanks everyone, she fractured her patella in 2011, is sound and doing well but did come up a tad sore in that stifle for the first time ever the other day after running her at a gymkhana. She came right out of it with a couple bio scan treatments and a note to self that 5 events in one day is just too many.

Since the stifle is so hard to treat, it isn't suggested to let a horse walk around with the wraps on. I only use mine when the horse is tied up or eating.

The new style stifles are a lot more fitted. Great therapy, I don't think you'd be dissapointed
