My horse Red is a little pigeon-toed. He does have some lameness issues, but they really do not have anything to do with him being pigeon-toed.

On the flipside, my horse Shotgun is a just a little bit duck-footed on front. Prety mild. Doesn't seem to bother him and he travels pretty straight.

My mom's horse has a crooked left front foot (a little turned in). Doesn't seem to bother him in any way. He paddles that foot slightly but that's about it.

As long as it doesn't appear to bother the horse, I would not worry about it.
